MOBILE PARTIES

How do I make a booking?

 

To secure our services, please select your desired character and party package, then complete our online booking form. Upon receipt of your booking, we will promptly send you a confirmation email. Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure your reservation. A 15% surcharge will be applied for all public holiday bookings. 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We offer the convenience of payment through Bank Transfer, credit card, or PayPal. However, please be aware that your booking will only be considered reserved once we have received the $50 deposit. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to your party date. We do not accept cash payments.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking with more than 7 days' notice, you are eligible for a refund, minus the deposit. Change of dates is free of charge, subject to availability.

Where do you provide your services?

 

We proudly serve all areas of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. While we are open to accommodating requests outside of these regions, please be aware that additional travel fees may apply.

Can I host a party outdoors?

 

Certainly, outdoor parties are welcome. To ensure a delightful experience, please ensure the designated area is both dry and shaded. Some of our games may require children to sit on the ground, so we recommend having a blanket or picnic rug available. It's also advisable to have an indoor backup plan in case of inclement weather. Please note that no refunds will be granted for cancellations due to rain.

When should I schedule the performer's arrival?

 

We recommend having your performer arrive at least 30 minutes after your guests' arrival to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

How many children should I invite?

 

Please observe the specified maximum number of children for each party package. As some of our packages include balloon twisting and face painting, adherence to these limits ensures our entertainer can complete all activities within the designated time. In the event that your party exceeds the maximum number of children, please be aware that not all participants may be accommodated. We kindly request that you adhere to the maximum guest count.

Do I need to be present during the party?

 

For the duration of the party, we require at least one responsible adult to be present. While our performers are adept at engaging children, we do not assume responsibility for managing unruly or rowdy behavior. Please be aware that any damage to the performer's costume caused by a child will result in applicable charges.

What age groups are your parties suitable for?

 

Our parties are designed to cater to children between the ages of 3 and 10. However, participants of all ages, including adults, are known to thoroughly enjoy our events.

Can I request a specific performer?

 

We do not offer the option for clients to select specific performers. This is due to scheduling constraints. Rest assured, all our performers are highly trained professionals who are committed to delivering a magical experience from start to finish.

How should I prepare for your visit?

 

To optimize the enjoyment of our activities, please ensure you have an adequately sized area for party games. We suggest serving food either before or after our visit, or alternatively, after our performer has completed the interactive activities and moved on to balloon twisting or face painting. For packages including face painting, kindly provide one chair per performer and a table. Ensure that all pets are securely put away during our visit. To maintain the magical atmosphere, we kindly request that children are not present during the character's arrival and departure, as we strive to preserve the enchantment.

Are boys welcome to attend?

 

Absolutely! Our parties are designed to delight children of all genders, and boys thoroughly enjoy our events. We've recently introduced male characters to our lineup to further enhance the experience.

Do you exclusively attend parties?

 

No, we offer our services for a wide range of events beyond parties. Whether it's private functions, weddings, mall visits, school events, or any other occasion, we are available to cater to your specific needs. Feel free to contact us for a personalized quote for your next event.

Should I tip my performer?

 

While tipping is not obligatory, it is genuinely appreciated. If you choose to tip your performer, please do so discreetly.

VENUE PARTIES

How do I make a booking?

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your reservation. A 15% surcharge will be applied for all public holiday bookings. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We offer the convenience of payment through bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. However, please be aware that your booking will only be considered reserved once we have received the $250 deposit. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 7 days prior to your party date. We do not accept cash payments.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking you forfeit the $250 deposit. Change of dates will incur a $50 charge, subject to availability.

 

What times are available for bookings?

We offer the following time slots for venue party bookings on weekends: 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 3:00 PM. On weekdays, we have a time slot available at 4:30 PM. Please keep in mind that these time slots are subject to change if there are other events already booked. 

 

Where is your venue location and is parking available?

 

We are located at 24 Martin St Fortitude Valley (Shop 1). There is free parking available onsite. It's important to note that our venue operates by appointment only, and we do not accommodate walk-ins.

 

How many children should I invite? 

 

Please observe the specified maximum number of children for each party package. All children aged 1-12, including the birthday child, are considered part of the total guest count upon entry. Please ensure your party adheres to the maximum guest limit specified in your booking. Additional siblings or uninvited guests beyond this limit will either incur charges or be denied entry to the venue.

 

Will I receive a refund for no-show guests?

 

We do not offer refunds for guests who do not attend your event. Our advanced preparations and commitment to delivering quality services require us to account for resources and arrangements made, regardless of guest attendance.

 

If I have fewer children attending than the children included in the base price, will it cost the same?

Yes, the cost remains the same regardless if you have fewer children in attendance. Our pricing structure is designed to cover various event-related expenses, including venue rental, staffing, and supplies, which are consistent regardless if there are fewer children present.

Are adults allowed to stay?

 

We recommend at least one responsible adult to be present. Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we can only host a limited number of adults onsite throughout the party. We offer a small sitting area for those who stay (comfortably seating 8-10 adults), while others are encouraged to drop off and pick-up. Our venue is part of the Central Brunswick precinct- conveniently surrounded by cafes and dining options, providing parents with a pleasant waiting experience.

What food do you serve?  

Our party menu offers a selection of sugar cookies, ham and cheese sandwiches, fruit kebabs, fairy bread, popcorn, chips, refreshing pink lemonade, and water. It's worth noting that our establishment is nut-free, and a we do not serve hot food.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that no outside food be brought onsite, with the sole exception of cakes or cupcakes, when applicable. We recommend the use of cupcakes for their cleanliness and ease of serving.

In the spirit of ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, if there are any allergies among our guests, we would greatly appreciate being informed well in advance. Your cooperation in this matter is sincerely valued.

 

What can I expect on the day? 

 

On the day of your event, you can expect a smoothly orchestrated celebration. The parent or guardian of the birthday child is welcome to arrive 10 minutes prior to the party's start time to drop off cake or any other supplies. All other guests should arrive at the party start time, and a 10-minute grace period allows children to settle in and enjoy party food before the princess's grand entrance and the commencement of entertainment. Once the entertainment begins, you can relax and enjoy the festivities. Near the end of the party, our venue doors will open again, offering parents a 5-minute window to collect their children and capture memorable photos with the princess. We've designed this experience to be enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable for all involved.

How do we shop at your princess boutique?

Shopping at our princess boutique is easy and convenient. As parents drop off their children for the event, they are welcome to browse and purchase items from our boutique, which includes princess dresses, tiaras, wands, and hair accessories. For your convenience and security, we accept card payments exclusively, as we do not carry any cash on-site

 

What’s included in your Royal Experience add-on?

 

The "Royal Experience" add-on is a truly magical addition to your party package. It includes an exclusive private royal makeover for the birthday child, scheduled 30 minutes before your event. The birthday child and one accompanying parent will enjoy a private interaction with your chosen character, and the birthday child will receive their choice of a beautiful princess dress and magic wand. They'll be pampered with glitter hairspray, cheek shimmer, nail polish, and lip gloss, creating a memorable transformation. Plus, you'll have the opportunity for interactions and photos with your chosen character to capture those special moments. Please note that this enchanting option is exclusively available as an add-on to any of the packages we offer, making it the perfect way to elevate your celebration and create lasting memories.

 

Can I request a specific performer?
