FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

HOW DO I BOOK?

First choose a desired character and party package, then fill out a booking form. If you prefer, you can call us. Once we have received your booking we will send you a confirmation email. 

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You may pay via Bank Transfer, credit card or Paypal. Once your booking has been accepted, we require a non refundable $40 deposit to secure your booking. Your booking is not reserved until we receive a deposit. Your remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to you party date. If payment has not been made by the due date, your party will be cancelled. We do not accept cash payments.

WHATS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

If you cancel with more than 7 days notice, you are entitled to a refund, minus your deposit. Change of dates are free of charge upon availability. Any cancellation due to a covid-19 lockdown will result in a full refund, or change of date.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT?

We require at least one adult to be present for the duration of the party. Our performers are highly trained at keeping the children engaged, however we are not responsible for unruly or rowdy children. We would have to bill you accordingly if any child damages the performers costume. 

WHAT AGES ARE YOUR PARTIES SUITABLE FOR?

Our parties are recommended for ages 3-12. However, our parties are enjoyed by everyone (even adults!)

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC PERFORMER?

Unfortunately we do not allow clients to choose specific performers. This is due to scheduling conflicts. We can assure you ALL of our performers are highly trained professionals and will give you the most magical experience from start to finish. 

WHERE DO YOU VISIT?

We service all areas of Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are willing to travel outside these areas, however a travel fee may be required. 

CAN I HAVE A PARTY OUTDOORS?

Yes, but please make sure the area is dry and shaded. We kindly ask that you provide a blanket so our costumes are not stained by grass or dirt. We recommend having a back up indoor option incase of rain. No refunds will be granted for rain cancellations. 

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT?

Make sure you have a large enough area for party games. We recommend serving food before or after our visit, or alternatively you can serve food once your performer has finished all of the interactive activities and moves onto the balloon twisting/ face painting. Please provide one chair per performer and a table if your package includes face painting. Make sure all pets are put away for the duration of our visit. Our performers arrive by car, so we ask that children are not present for the arrival and departure of the character. This is to ensure we keep the magic alive.

CAN BOYS ATTEND?

Of course! Boys enjoy our parties just as much as girls. We have recently introduced male characters to our line up too.

DO YOU ONLY ATTEND PARTIES?

No, you can book us for any event you like! We attend private functions, weddings, mall visits, school events and much more! Please contact us for a quote for your next event!

DO I TIP MY PERFORMER?

Tipping is not mandatory, but is greatly appreciated. If you decide to tip your performer, please make sure it is discrete.
