
Corporate Meet & Greet Packages – Terms & Conditions
By booking with My Royal Party, the client acknowledges and agrees to all of the above
terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Deposit & Payment
• A non-refundable deposit of $50 per entertainer is required to secure your booking.
• The final balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
• Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking, and your
deposit will be forfeited.

Parking & Access
• Adequate parking must be available for each entertainer. Any parking fees are the client’s
responsibility.
• Easy access to the event location must be provided to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Crowd Management
• For crowds exceeding 100 people, we recommend that a member of your staff be present
to assist with managing the crowd and ensuring the safety of our entertainers.
• If you are unable to provide this, we can supply a staff member for an additional fee.

Change Room & Storage
• A private change area must be provided for each entertainer to change into costume and
safely store personal belongings.
• Public restrooms are not considered acceptable change facilities.

Outdoor Events & Wet Weather
• Our performers cannot perform in wet or unsafe weather conditions. For outdoor bookings,
a suitable indoor back-up plan must be arranged in case of rain or inclement weather.
• Shade or shelter must be provided during hot or extreme conditions to protect performers in
costume.

Performance Conditions
• Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, respectful environment for all performers.
Aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour from guests will not be tolerated.
• Entertainers reserve the right to take short breaks for water, particularly during long
bookings or in hot weather.
• Our costumes are high-quality and delicate. Please ensure guests treat performers and
costumes with care.

Travel Fees
Locations more than 30 km from our offices in Fortitude Valley or Broadbeach will incur a travel fee
per entertainer. This fee is calculated once we have your exact event location and access details.

Cancellations & Changes
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Changes to booking time, location, or entertainer availability are subject to approval and
may incur additional fees.

Liability
• While every care is taken, My Royal Party is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage
that may occur
