Her commitment is backed by qualifications such as the PADI Basic Mermaid Certification and completion of the PADI Mermaid Certification and First Aid Course. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By booking a swimming mermaid party, the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

Streamline your party booking process with these steps:
Change Area for Entertainer:
The Client shall provide a safe and private change area for the entertainer to change into her mermaid tail before and after the performance.
Mermaid Ashell will transform into her mermaid tail in a designated private room, which then she will be wheeled out by an adult on her
Mermaid trolley to the pool.
Presence of Responsible Adult:
At least one responsible adult must be present for the entire duration of the party. This adult shall oversee the safety and well-being of all children attending the event.
Safety of Children:
The Client acknowledges that all participating children should be confident swimmers. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that only children who are comfortable and confident in the water participate in the swimming activities. The recommended age for these parties is 4+ years.
Supervision for Non-Confident Swimmers:
Children who are not confident swimmers should be supervised by their own parent or guardian throughout the entire duration of the swimming mermaid party. We shall not be held responsible for the supervision of individual children during the swimming activities.
Pool Safety Rules:
The Client agrees to enforce any pool safety rules and guidelines set by the venue/ household to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
​Performance Area:
The Client shall provide a safe and designated area for the swimming mermaid performance. This area should be free from obstacles, and the depth of the water must comply with the safety standards for the activities.

Venue Approval:
Although our swimming mermaid can attend public pools, it is the responsibility of the Client to check with the venue that this is allowed, and that a certain space can be allocated to your party. Our entertainer is only there to entertain your party.

Wet Weather Options:
In case of inclement weather, no refunds will be issued for events fully paid. Clients have the flexibility to reschedule, subject to availability. Alternatively, our mermaid will seamlessly transition to a captivating indoor performance for a dry option party. Rescheduling requests must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
